Housing Costs

The current cost of living at Phi Alpha Kappa is $845/month for members (actives and pledges) and $995/month for boarders. This covers both room and board (11 meals/week).

A security deposit of $500 is required before moving into a room, and as a new resident, the first month’s rent is due at the time of the lease signing.

Members in the house also have social dues each semester of $200 and spiritual dues of $20.

Rates and fees are set yearly during the winter semester.
